To Sleep: The Importance of Getting Sleep, Demystifying Falsehoods Workshop

Did you know that two thirds of adults throughout all developed nations fail to obtain the recommended eight hours of nightly sleep? Routinely sleeping less than six or seen hours a night demolishes your immune system, more than doubling your risk of cancer. Insufficient sleep is a key lifestyle factor determining whether or not you will develop Alzheimer's disease and many other significant health challenges.  This 1.5 hour workshop will uncover the impacts of not getting enough sleep and discover some strategies for how to get more sleep. We will also uncover a lot of falsehoods on creating a healthy sleeping routine (i.e. things to avoid trying). We will also learn the valuable science behind the importance of why we sleep and it's role in the healing process. If you are tired of feeling tired or exhausted all the time (pun intended), then this is for you.
