Porta Blu Cooking Series: Eating on a Diet Paleo vs. Keto
Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or to just have fun. This week we will explore healthier lifestyles with our Paleo versus Keto class. We will learn about calorie intake versus macro. What healthy foods are and why and how workouts can help with your diet. In addition, we will gain a deeper understanding on the health benefits of each food (like Turmeric, which works as an anti-inflammatory). This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served (or Kombucha) Space is limited and reservations are required. $25 per person.
