Mini cupcakes with Chef Eloise (2020-04-03 starts at 6:00 PM)

In this hands-on workshop with Eloise, chef and owner of San Francisco's beloved DeLise Café, you will focus on two things: recipes for moist and incredibly tasty cupcakes as well as techniques for decorating like a pro. Guests will learn to make two different types of cake batter from scratch. This will include basic skills such as measuring of ingredients, mixing, portioning and baking. Guests will learn how to make frosting also from scratch and will apply piping techniques into the finished cupcake. Different types of garnishes will be available.Each guest will be able to take home or enjoy their finished creations at the end of the workshop.*this is nut-free class. Tools, equipment and recipes will be provided.
