Foundation Training with Tom Hodge
Foundation Training was developed by Dr. Eric Goodman in 2009. It is a series of exercises that integrates the muscular chains of the body, teaches you how to move the body in the way it was intended and gives you the means to overcome back pain and achieve a higher level of performance in sport and all other activities.
Tom Hodge has been coaching triathletes, cyclists and runners for over 30 years. Specializing in endurance athletes of all levels and abilities, Tom enjoys coaching everyone from first timers to pros. As a former professional triathlete himself, Tom is cognizant of the demands of endurance sports and has the experience and knowledge to help others achieve their athletic best.
With a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA, and more than 35 years of continued racing under his belt, Tom has completed over 300 multi-sport events, including 23 Ironman competitions. He is a six-time Hawaiian Ironman participant and two-time Team USA member. What sets Tom apart is not only his impressive finishing times, but also his passionate involvement and leadership in the triathlon and athletic community. Tom’s accomplishments, mastery and penchant for hard work situate him at the cutting edge as a trainer and held in high regard among his peers and athletes.
