Join internationally known meditation teacher and author Shaila Catherine for a rewarding and restful day of mindfulness meditation. Experience for yourself the inner joy, peace, and insight that meditation can provide, and still be home in time for dinner!
This once-a-month mini-retreat program includes periods of sitting and walking meditation, guided meditations to refine your meditation skills, and opportunities for one-to-one discussions with Shaila Catherine. Practice the proven techniques of mindfulness meditation with the support of a wonderful community of spiritual practitioners.
COST: This event is offered on a donation basis. No registration is required.
