Entrepreneurs: Learn about design patents - April 2019
What is a design patent? How does a design patent differ from a utility patent? Learn the basics of the design patent system from a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) design supervisory patent examiner. This event is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so register early. This session is geared toward inventors, entrepreneurs, and all those who would like to learn more about patents and have a beginning to intermediate knowledge of the patent system. Please note that the Silicon Valley USPTO is a federal facility. Visitors are required to show a valid form of government-issued identification (driver license or passport) and may be subject to security screening to gain access.
