Calming Anxiety

Have you been feeling anxious, worried, or limited by anxiety? Join us if you'd like to learn new concepts and skills to help effectively manage anxiety. The techniques presented can reduce ways anxiety may be limiting your full potential, and enhance your ability to stay calm under stressful circumstances. Please register because space is limited and workshops with low registration may be cancelled.   We will accept walk-ins if space is available.This workshop is for SJSU students only and is wheelchair accessible.
