Cabernet Sauvignon Around the World—with Karen MacNeil
CABERNET SAUVIGNON AROUND THE WORLD Often called the king of grapes, cabernet sauvignon makes some of the most majestic, sought after, and expensive wines in the world. From Bordeaux to Tuscany, Napa Valley to Australia, and Chile to South Africa, in this tasting with Karen MacNeil, author of The Wine Bible and one of the foremost wine experts in the country, we will explore the world’s greatest cabernets to understand why they are so compelling. Note: Class participants will receive special discounts that evening at The Restaurant at Copia. You must be 21 years old to take this class.
