BRIDGES 3: Querida Mamá (Dear Mom) Featuring the Vivo Chamber Ensemble PERFORMERS: Erica Ward, violin Ross Thompson, guitar In its 2018-19 season, ASA Faculty explores and celebrates the many facets of our American culture, through music.  Join us in this three concert series -- an open musical conversation centered around the mysterious, beautiful, and indispensable differences that bring us together. BRIDGES 3: Querida Mamá (Dear Mom) Alert: border crossing here! You don't need a passport, or proof of citizenship -- just bring your love of music and Mom (or your special lady)!  We'll travel south across the Continental Americas in this program which is sure to warm hearts and jerk a few tears. This concert will honor our moms and feature treasured works of Manuel De Falla, Astor Piazzolla, and music from Peru, Chile and Brazil.  Moms and honored ladies will receive a special gift at the concert -- please email us to let us know if you're bringing someone you'd like to honor!  Email info@alamedastringacademy.
