Adulting 101 for Teens

Teens can learn about the basic life skills & checkpoints you will need to know when you go out into the world on your own.  If you haven't heard the term called Adulting yet then you are in the right place.  The Concord Library is excited to present Adulting 101, a series of monthly workshops that focus on the skills and resources that we all wish we had learned earlier in life.  Teens can join us each month and if you attend you can enter to win prizes at each event.  Here is a lineup of our first four workshops: March 27th @ 4 pm Ironed Chef Cooking - You guessed it, cooking with irons!  Also, fun cooking hacks and food shopping tips and tricks.April 24th @ 4 pm Money Sense - Travis Financial will save the day and give expert help on how to manage your money.May 29th @ 4 pm Sew Yo Self - Our special guest will show us how to do some simple and easy sewing.June 26th @ 4 pm Job Know-How - From job searching to resumes to dressing for interviews we got your back on this one!
