Festival Description Cupertino's Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival is an interactive community event that invites community members of all ages to learn about environmental issues and solutions in a family-friendly, interactive atmosphere. Consistently attracting over 5,000 attendees and about 100 partner organizations, the Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival features hands-on activities, live entertainment, and delicious food served by local food trucks. The organizations and businesses that table at Cupertino’s Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival share information, host activities, and sell products and services that inspire environmental protection and stewardship. Your registration supports the City in planning a successful event that will engage community members in the diversity of programs and services that ensure Cupertino is healthy, sustainable, and resilient for generations to come. Tabling Partner Opportunities Non-profit and for-profit tabling partners that provide display booths at Cupertino’s Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival share information, host activities, and sell products and services that inspire environmental protection and stewardship. Tabling Partner Fees Each tabling partner fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs in a 10'x10' space. Additional tickets must be purchased for additional tables and chairs. $10 fee for non-profit tabling partners $64.06 fee for all business tabling partners (includes one-time business license) $10 fee for an additional 10'x10' space (includes an additional table and 2 chairs) Certified Green Businesses that participated in GreenBiz Cupertino can register as tabling partners for FREE! Email firstname.lastname@example.org for your PROMO code. Sponsorship Opportunities Cupertino invites your business to join us in supporting this event through one of our sponsorship opportunities. All sponsors receive a free display booth at the event.A full list of our sponsorship levels and details can be found on our website at www.cupertino.org/earthday. Equipment Tables are 6'x30". Unless additional spaces are purchased, all partners & vendors will receive 1 table and 2 chairs. Canopies/ umbrellas are NOT provided. If you need one, please bring your own canopy. Please secure your canopy as it often gets windy. To abate safety concerns, electrical access will NOT be provided.
