如果您受到失眠的困扰,例如:入睡困难,睡眠质量差,晚上清醒后再次入睡困难,早上清醒过早,等等症状,都欢迎加入我们的失眠治疗团体。我们运用美国睡眠协会,美国医学协会,和世界卫生组织(WHO)等多个权威机构认证的科学的睡眠心理学方法(CBTI- CBT for Insomnia),帮您调理您的睡眠,改善睡眠习惯,提高睡眠质量。 团体带领人: 徐艺珊博士,美国加州执照,临床心理学家,系统受训于美国州立精神病院,弗吉尼亚大学附属医院神经科,夏普医院,凯撒医院,斯坦福睡眠科,临床治疗经验8000小时+。 团体形式: 每一个疗程,共四个主题,每周一次,每次一小时,连续四周。   团体收费: 如果您或者您的家人有美国的Lyra Health员工福利,您的参与费用可能可以全额报销,请联系我们核实。 如果自己付费,包括四次小组,相关的材料,两次免费补课的机会,私人定制睡眠计划,等,共$280。   团体地点: 线上:通过zoom视频参加。 联系方式: yishan@mindbodygarden.com 650-434-2563 www.mindbodygarden.com/chinese
