Become a Certified ScrumMaster® by the Scrum Alliance The Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master® course is interactive, experiential, and suited for all levels of Scrum experience. Whether you are new to Scrum or an experienced professional, this class prepares you for success with Scrum in your organization. Eric Rapin (CST, CSP, CSPO, CSM, Innovation Games Black Belt) Eric Rapin is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Agile Trainer (CST), an Enterprise Agile Coach and Agile Practice and is an independent consultant through Hyperdrive Agile Leadership. His experience includes scaling agile for large technology enterprises and has lead efforts to adopt and improve organizations through the use of Scrum and other Agile methods. Eric began his career as a software enginner and moved through various product development roles, from dev to testing, to release and performance. He has covered teh gamut in the software world, in both team and manager roles. Eric discovered that many things he had started doing were articulated best by the Agile world and found a natural home there. Eric has worked with many leading companies including Nortal, Apple, Sun Microstystems, Openwave, Adobe, Tableau and Salesforce. Eric focuses most specifically on Retrospective Facilitation and has been active in the Retrospective Facilitator's Gathering community for several years and will be helping to organize the first World Retrospective Day on February 6, 2018. Stacey Louie (CSP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe-SPC4) Stacey Louie is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Agile Professional (CSP). He is also an Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer who leads the Hyperdrive Agile as Managing Director. Stacey's experience includes large-scale Agile transformations for companies including PayPal where he helped launch agility to over 500 teams.
