Working in the kitchen has its hazards with just the shear amount of foods we sample, This fact and getting into your later years its time to think more critically about one’s diet.  This class will showcase how you can eat well with a few substitutions and still get maximum flavor and enjoyment out of your meals. Creamy Broccoli Soup – Made with the stalk and all, this ultra creamy and rich soup is thickend with our secret ingredients and made just more special with a touch of coconut milk. Tuna Stuffed Piquillo Peppers – The natural sweetness of these peppers help accentuate the flavors of Tuna.  Combined with chopped herbs and lemon zest, this combination will be a delight for all. Lemon Rosemary Branzino – This mediterranean beauty is mild tasting and cooks beautifully with minimal prep time.  Eating more seafood is a great way to getting your cholesterol levels in check. Roasted Farro and Kale – Leafy green vegetables are healthy and a great way to get your cholesterol back into proper levels.  Farro is new couscous for this decade.  With its incredible chew and texture is a perfect whole grain to accompany this meal. Low cholesterol Cupcakes with Chocolate Avocado Frosting – People are always amazed with the flavors this cupcake made with Olive Oil instead of butter.  In essence, its a chiffon cake but better.
